I had Max replace my hard drive because my computer was running super slow. Not only was the cost wayyyy better than any of the other places I called before him but he had it to me a day earlier than quoted. I will be returning.

Max is a great guy.I work from home. My issues were dealing with google workspace and multiple emails, overall computer performance issues, virus program, back up. Max is very knowledgeable and has a great ability to explain it all clearly.Very reasonable rates and great value. Really Glad I found you Max...if I could give you 10 stars I would!

Max solved a tricky driver problem with my HP Envy x360 laptop. He worked late hours and on weekends to meet my tight schedule. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Max's service!P.S. What shocked me, some other highly rated guys (except one) in the same area didn't even bother to respond to my emails, calls and text messages.

Max was great to deal with. He was professional, provided prompt service, and answered all of my questions. My MacBook Pro had liquid damage and I had previously had another tech attempt to repair it with no luck. It wouldn’t even power up. I was looking to just have all the pictures copied from the computer onto an external hard drive but Max was able to actually repair the computer instead! I am so happy I contacted Max Pro-Tech

My mac computer broke and I took it to Max to get fixed. Unfortunately the wine that spilled on the computer killed it and the computer was not salvageable. Max gave me a few different options to get another computer. He found me a used macbook pro for a decent price and then went and bought the computer for me and transfered all my files from my old computer (the broken one) to the new computer. Thanks Max.

I was so pleasantly surprised at my interaction with Max. It was a smooth drop off great communication and so helpful!!! Instead of a big box repair place where it's hundreds to walk in the door, Max identified my needs and was super at fixing the issue with a totally fair bill at the end.Highly recommend!
